Pole guilty of raping British woman

Jakub T. has been found guilty of raping and assaulting British woman Jane H.
Members of the jury were not unanimous - one of them did not agree with the verdict but the judge declared the sentence on it anyway. Now the judge need to decide on the penalty. Jakub B. can be even sentenced to life inprisonment. The crime was commited in July 2006 in Exeter. That night Jakub T. was partying with his sister and her friends in Exeters pubs. During their way back he left the party and it was at that time when, as prosecutor claims, he raped the woman. The videotape from surveillance cameras and samples of DNA are the key pieces of evidence in the case.
