They were canoeing for 38 days. They passed through ten borders. They did even 120 kilometer daily. Life adventure of two Warsaw students completed successfully. They passed 3 thousand kilometer from the Danube source in Germany to the Black Sea.

Andrzej Burgs, Darek Aksamit, Wojtek Molik and Olek Piątek, they called their adventure a Danube Expedition 2008. They organized everything on their own.
They were canoeing to Vienna for 17 hours in rain. Serbian customs officers wanted a payoff in exchange for permission to cross their border. In Germany they came across flooding water and Danube changed from a guiet river into a rough stream. In the Carpathian mountains the temperature dropped to 10 degree Celcius. And somewhere in Romania in the middle of a night they run into a gang of poachers.
