Polish activist died on a stadion in Beijing

On monday at night in Beijing time zone died Andrzej Baczewski - the adviser of Minister of Sport and Tourism, activist of PKOL (Polish Olympic Committee) and Polish Union of Rowing Clubs.

By the Entry to the National Stadion in Beijing, where he was supposed to watch athletics competition, he had a heart attack.

70 years old Baczewski collapsed next to the control gate. American doctors administered first aid immediately. He was taken by ambulance to the nearest Military Hospital Clinic in which he underwent resuscitation. Unfortunately they did not manage to save his life.
