Three Polish soldiers were killed in Afghanistan

Yesterday one car of the combat patrol drove into a mine of unknown origin. In the result of explosion were killed three Polish soldiers and one soldier was seriously wounded.

The explosion took place 20 km from the Ghazi base during a routine patrol. In the accident were killed a corporal Paweł Szwed and a senior private (E3) Paweł Brodzikowski, all of them served in the Sapper Brigade in Kazuń.
