Poles should start building shelters

Poles shouls build shelters - alarm the climatologists. Because - as they're warning- droughts, floods, typhoons and other extreme weather phenomena will appear more frequently. And to survive in some regions of Poland they will have to prepare for fight with the element.

Halina Lorenc from the Institute of Meteorology and Water Management said for TVN24.pl that people from the areas touched by cyclone should receive, as it is in the USA, an administrative order to build shelters. "In Poland will be soon like in the USA, where have been drawed the alleys of typhoons and where everyone must have a shelter, it's a must!", underlined the climatologist.
