FSO is earning money

The daily "Puls Biznesu" is writing about very good financial results of FSO (Factory of Passenger Cars) at Warsaw Żerań. After hard times and vision of bankruptcy the factory starts bringing profits. The daily counted that in 2007 the FSO earned almost 160 million zloty.

According to the experts the prospects for the company are promising because Ukrainian market where most products from Żerań find their way, is developing really fast. However, according to the paper, FSO is worried with the fact that an agreement about partnership with General Motors is not yet signed.

Three years ago the Treasury sold the factory to the Ukrainian comapny for a symbolic 1 zloty preventing the factory from bankruptcy.
