Even 5 thousand crown pay Czech minnes to those who will find candidates for miners. "Poles make use of the offer more eagerly", said Vladislav Sobol, the spokesman of Czech coal company OKD.

In the mines located by Polish border work 3 thousand Polish miners. Although they constitute only one-fifth of all employees in the coal company OKD, Czech want them more and more. They are planning to increase extraction.

Czech have recently incresed salaries for the new-commers to 20 thousand crowns (more or less 2,6 thousand zloty that is twice as much as in Poland). Every miner who will bring to the office another candidate for miner will receive 3 thousand crown reward.
