General Military Prosecutor in Poznań is checking if Polish soldiers blew up a bunker killing civilians at the same time. It might have happened during their mission in Iraq. Among the potential suspects are two soldiers accused of war crimes in Nangar Khel.

The case was brought to daylight during an investigation connected with firing at Nangar Khel village. One of the witnesses testified that he heard a history of blowing up a bunker full of ammunition. Supposedly, Polish soldiers knew who was inside. Alledgedly in the action took part an ensign Andrzej O. and master corpolar Tomasz B. "Rz" got across witness statement who claimed that the accident had been recorded by one of the participants.

The ensign himself denied that during the blast died civilians. He explained that while securing the territory one soldier threw a smoke grenade inside. A doctor who examined the territory next day did not find any bodies.
