Storms over Poland - three victims
Three people fell victim to the storms which had passed over Poland.
Three victims, several hundred injured, more than 100 torn roofs and destroyed houses, several thousand fallen trees - this is an initial balance of the cyclone and thunderstorms that visited Poland.
The rescue teams don't exclude that after the final summary the amount of destroyed buildings would reach even several hundred. There may be also more injured.
"The first victim of the element is a man who was killed in the town of Kalina in Lubliniecki voivodship. He died when a tree broken by the wind fell down at his summer house. In Rusinowiec town 22 years old woman died pressed by ceiling.", said Aneta Gołębiewska from the Provincial Headquarters of State Fire Service in Katowice.
During the evening thunderstorm in Lodz died a woman. She might have died because of the electric shock caused by the torn off energetic line.
