Judge dismissed for sex with defendant

Judge Grzegorz W. was dismissed after they proved him to have sex with the accused, he is also suspected of corruption.

Judge W. was charged of bribery. He told investigators that in court and the prosecutor's office in Bielsk for money you can arrange favorable for yourself decisions.

It turned out also that between years 2005 and 2006 he remained in intimate contacts with the accused, who was judged by him. He did not exclude himself from the case, and for several dozen frauds he mete out her penalty in abeyance.

The judges of the Supreme Court removed Gregory W. from his occupation. It is the most severe disciplinary sanction.
