Rescue operation on Baltic

Lifeboat was launched today into the sea after the yacht " Wezyr" had transmitted SOS signal. The ship was towed to the port. Six people were on board: three women and three men. All of them are safe now. Boat had damaged engine, and has been drifting since yesterday.

After 12.00 "Wezyr" crew transmitted the SOS signal. A lifeboat "Wind" sailed to "Wezyr" and gave assistance to the crew of the yacht. The captain of the lifeboat decided to tow a ship to a port in Gorki Zachodnie.

Storm is raging on Baltyk. The strength of the wind can be as high as 11 degrees in the Beaufort scale. Waves are up to two meters heigh.
