Tourists insurance to buy by mobile phone

PTK Centertel, a company from the group Polish Telecommunication (Telekomunikacja Polska) together with Generali, brought into effect first travel insurance, which can be entirely contracted by mobile phone.

Insurance is available in one version. It guarantees a coverage of the costs of treatment and the organizing the assistance services to the amount of 120 thousand PLN. It works across all countries in the world, with the exception of Poland and the country of insured residence. The customer is also included into accident insurance.

By sending SMS client joins the group insurance program, because the policyholders, in accordance with the contract, is telecommunication operator. Telecommunication also pays the premium, and later receives money from the customer together with monthly payment.
