The biggest cheese in the worl - Oscypek Fest Zywiec 2008

Oscypek Fest - 2008 is a weekend devoted not only to the promotion of Oscypek cheese but also all other Goralian cheeses. The main sponsor of the event is the Zywiec Group Company.

PIECZARKI (The Mushrooms) band together with local Gorals (highlanders) accompanied by the inhabitants of Zywiec and tourists, once again will challenge a formidable task- they are going to produce the biggest cheese in the world. IF they succeed - their achievement will be recorded in the Guinness Book of Records! And everything within the frames of Oscypek Fest - 2008, 2-days long event, during which are planned various attractions both for the amateurs of feast for palate and connoisseurs of good music.

The festival will last from July 26th to July 27th.
