They threw out dog from second floor

Two residents of Tomaszow Mazowiecki (Lodz), suspected of throwing out a dog from window on a second floor were arrested by the police. At night between 2 and 3 o’clock in the morning 51-year-old man and 24-year-old woman - the owners of the dog – threw out an animal off the window. A dog probably survived falling down, because – according to what witnesses said – they heard "terrible yelp of dying mongrel". Traces of blood were visible on the building window. They left the dead animals in a nearby garden.

When arrested woman and man had more than one permille of alcohol in their blood. They can be sentenced to two years imprisonmnet.
