Design Days in Gdynia - festival of objects

The festival is open till the 27th of July in Gdynia for everyone who appreciates the beauty of items for everyday use and at the same time is the follower of responsible, friendly to people and increasing life-style patterns.

In the City Museum in Gdynia are presented the "icons of design" with hundreds of useful objects from Baltic regions. The imaginativeness is on Dane's side. A piece of inflexible plastic with a brush, designed by Ole Jensen for Normann Copenhagen company, is a modified shovel to minimum.

One has an opportunity to watch a presentation of Polish finalists of the new technology contest Imagine Cup 2008 organized by Microsoft and also to take part in the international conference "Ergonomic in the cyber world". Furthermore, there is presented an exhibition "Good pattern 2007".

The organisers of the festival are: the city of Gdynia and Institute of Organization and Management in Industry.
