Doctor accused of raping his patient

The Prosecutor in Cracow accused the doctor Jacek C. of raping his patient during the alcohol detoxication.

The Prosecutor accused the 44 years old doctor that in a tricky way which was based on giving a woman, being under the influence of alcohol, of transguillisers and sleeping pills against her will which caused sexual closeup.

It happened on February last year in the private apartment of the patient. The aggrieved is a woman who from the advertisment in the newspaper called a doctor dealing with alcohol detoxication.

The denunciation was laid by her adult son who entered his house on that day and noticed his unconscious mother and the doctor in ambigious position.

The man called the police, his mother was taken to hospital. Genetic examination does not exclude the rape. The doctor does not plead guilty and he made use of his right to refuse explanations.
He is threatened with from 2 to 12 years of imprisonment.
