Corruption in hospitals

Three more people suspected of accepting bribes from pharmaceutical companies, including two hospital directors, was arrested. Police arrested Mark P., the director of Lower Silesia Oncology Centre, Simon M. - the director of the hospital in Kamien and Agata Sz., a former employee of one of the medical companies.

Since September 2006, Regional Public Prosecutor's Office in Radom is holding an investigation concerning taking advantage from Johnson & Johnson and other medical companies by directors, head of hospital ward and other employees in more than 100 hospitals in Poland.
