Cheap dollar - more cars from the U.S.

In June, a record number of used cars have been imported to Poland - 107 181 vehicles, nearly 30 percent more than year ago - announced the Samar institute.

Experts from the institute also point out that the number of cars imported from outside the EU, mainly from the United States increased nearly twice. In June 3 640 vehicles, about 29.7 percent more than in May, and about 94.8 percent more than a year ago have been imported to Poland from outside European Union. From the beginning of this year till the end of June 562 780 passenger cars have been imported to our country, it is 20.8 percent more than year ago.

The average age of the vehicles imported to Poland is 10 years.
