He raped in England, he will do time in Poland

Sentenced for rape by the British court to double life imprisonment Jakub T. and Kamil K. will do time in Poland.

"According to the declaration made by British side Jakub T. will come to Poland in more or less two weeks and Kamil K. a few weeks later", informed on wednesday Polish Press Agency (PAP), the spokesman of the Ministry of Justice Grzegorz Żurawski. The British court sentenced on January, coming from Poznan, Jakub T., a student at that time, to double life sentences for rape and causing lifelong health injuries of the 48 years old inhabitant from Exeter on July, 2006. The jury box found him guilty in relation 11:1.

Jakub T. was handed over to British government in autumn, 2007 on the strength of the European Detention Order under condition that the sentenced will do time in Poland.
