Poles died under a German train

Four young Poles died and 21 years old woman is fighting for her life in the hospital after an accident on the unprotected grade crossing around Hanover. Just before the crossing the car was taking over a tractor and crashed straight into the train.

The victims are the inhabitants of Podlaskie voivodship at the age between 18 and 24. They were working in Germany temporarily by storing of vegetables and fruits. Behind the wheel was sitting a 19 years old boy, on the unprotected railway crossing he was taking over the tractor. The car was hit by the speeding train.

The young Poles died instantly. Driving with them 21 years old girl was transported by the helicopter to the University Clinic in Hanover. In the train no one was injured. The engine driver is shocked.
