Sultan from Dubai is going to build an ultra modern city in Poland

An Arabic sultan Ahmed Bin Sulayem is going to build a hyper modern, 50-thousand city on the border of Silesia and Małopolska voivodship. Modern villas, apartments, schools, hospitals, restaurants and parks are going to be build around Balin town next to Chrzanow. The sultan Ahmed Bin Sulayem is responsible for everything. The enterpreneur is a chairman of a company from the United Arab Emirates. In Poland the Institute of Business Law and Foreign Investments Ltd. in Cracow has already dealt with the case. The owners of the land are given 10 zloty (3Euro) for 1 square meter.

According to the experts dealing with the estate market, many factors have an impact on the enterpreneur who wants to invest money in Poland: great hunger on dwellings, dynamic labour-market in Silesia, center of sience in Cracow, junction and the A4 highway.

According to the property companies it is a proper and benefitial location for both regions- 5,3 million Silesia and 3,2 million Małopolska.

In the future the investor would like to see in the city the Poles coming back from abroad.
