Polish soldiers accused of genocide

Six soldiers are accused of killing civilians and one among them of attack on the unprotected civil building. For the sesond crime he is threatened with 25 years of imprisonment. But the Prosecutor, although not willing to ease accusations, informed that they will apply for the extraoridinary remission.
