Time of knight's tournament and battle

On Tuszynskie Fields next to Koronowo will stand face to face Polish worriors and monastic knights. They will recreate the battle which took place on the 10th of October 1410, a few months after the Grunwald battle.

In Sandomierz will take place the XII Knight's Tournamnet for the sword of Zawisza the Black of Grabow. The main part of this year's programm is planned on sunday. It will start with the king Wladyslaw Jagiello's entrance to the Old Town.

There will be also a horse tournament performed by the Sandomierz Cavalry Centre. They did not forget about the traditional ones like bow tournament and crossbow hunting.

The reconstruction of the battle from the napoleon's times, the drill and uniform demonstration and the regional ware fair- these are atractions of (Lower Silesian) "Henry's Book Days" in Henrykowo.

The participants will have an opportiunity to visit the monastery and church in Henrykowo. Expecially on this occasion the monstrance in the shape of Jessy Tree from 1671 and medieval portrait of Father Kahlert (the most important abbot of the monastery) were made accesible.
