A Dalailama’s representative, while receiving honorable mention, gave his cordial regards to the residents of the city and best wishes from a new honorable citizen of Wroclaw. He said that Dalajlama’s international recognition continues to grow, which is "signs of growing understanding and recognition for the way of solving conflicts free from violence, which Dalailama supports."

"This presentation of moral support fills with courage not only Tibetans, but also all oppressed nations in the world. It fills us with courage, that Polish nation, which suffered so much over the centuries, shows the support and compassion for what Tibetan people leaded by Dalajlama have to suffer "- said Tsering Tashi, who received Wroclaw flag from the city representatives.
