The researches of the National Food and Nutrition Institute reveal that Poles drink only 148 ml of water daily, whereas they should drink more or less 2,5 liter to be healthy. Reportedly, only just 2% of deficiency of water can reduce by 20% human's psychophysical abilities. We often forget that most of all we are built of water. The content of water in the organism of an adult man amounts to 60%.
It means that a man weighing 72 kilograms consists of 45 liters of water. We drink milk beverages, tea and coffee instead. Unfortunately, the last two have a dewatering impact - they remove water from our organism.
