Relatives of tragically deceased, 20-year-old Sebastian Mikolajczyk from Lodz, experienced a shock. During the funeral ceremony bottom of the urn came off and the remains spilled all over the chapel’s floor.
The priest was trying to save the day and, in front of everybody, he tried to collect the contents of the urn. Public Prosecutor’s Office is going to hold this case.

The dramatic incident occurred on Friday on Catholic cemetery of St. Vincent in Lodz. First, nearly 200 relatives and friends of Sebastian had to wait for the urn for more than half an hour, because the crematorium office have also different ceremonies. However, they hastily organized the funeral. When a cemetery worker lifted ceramic urn with the remains, fresh glue give way under the ashes weight (about 3 kg). The bottom of the urn crashed on the chapel’s floor. The remains of tragically deceased man spilled all over the floor. All ceremony participants went pale, a loud sobbing reverberated, some people were near fainting.
