Prussian Trust, which so far in Strasburg has filed 22 claims for compensation for properties left in Poland, is not going to put a stop on it. Next month will be filed another.
Thomas Gertner, a lawyer representing Prussian Trust said that next month at least 25 claims will find their way to European Court of Human Rights in Strasburg and some of them to United Nations Commission on Human Rights.
The German lawyer admitted that eventual decision of Polish government to freeze out German citizens from denationalization act, would actually suit him. Then he would have opportunity to prove easily and without any difficulties that in our country is forbidden to pay out any compensations because of national differences.
