More and more attacks on Poles in Great Britain
There is more and more British who cannot stand a competition of well-qualified, cheap workers from Poland. They vent their frustration attacking our countrymen. There is more and more attacks on Poles in Great Britain. "Most of the evidenced cases took place in towns and countryside"- said Wiktor Moszyński from the organization Polish Union, the author of the report "Hate-Crimes against Poles in UK in 2007".
On the basis of the texts from the local newspaper he described more than 50 examples of attacks on Poles. According to the Poles in London , since the December 2006 till the November 2007 has been commited 48 crimes against Poles.
The attacks on Poles cause anxiety in Warsaw. "If it turns out that agression has really national base, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs will have to intervene"- informed in "Rzeczpospolita" the head of Sejm Committee of Foreign Affairs Krzysztof Lisek from PO (Civic Platform).
