Edinburgh International Festival

This year's Edinburgh International Festival will be dominated by Polish artists. The August event in Scotland is the biggest european presentation of theater, opera and music. In this season for the very first time the prestigious festival will be host to so many projects made by Polish artists.
"The King Roger" by Karol Szymanowski performed in Polish language by the Mariinsky Theater in St. Petersburg ( 25th,27th of August) was directed by Mariusz Treliński. TR Warsaw will show "Dybuka" by Szymon Anski staged by Krzysztof Warilkowski (from 9th till 11th August) and "4:48 Psychosis" by Sara Kane directed by Grzegorz Jarzyna the audience will be watching from 15th till 17th August. Andrzej Seweryn will perform on the 18th of August as narrator in "Le Roi David" by Arthur Honegger.
