Three soldiers will be released from prison
The private first class soldiers Jacek J., Robert B. and Damian L. - the group of soldiers suspected of firing shots at Nanghar Khel village will be released from prison - decided the Military District Court in Warsaw.
In prison will stay four soldiers: sergeant major Andrzej O., master corporal Tomasz B., captain Olgierd C. and second lieutenant Łukasz B.. Damian L. is the only one from the group of seven soldiers who is not accused of killing civil population but of attack on the undefended civil object.
The date of detention extended by the court in February will expire on the 13th of May. With re-extension of arrest came forward at the end of April the Chief Military Prosecutor Office which claims that there is a risk of chicanery and escape of the suspected.
