Famous gangster was arrested

Polish police carried out one of the most spectacular operations in last few years time. In Warsaw Wilanow, Marek Cz., pseudonym Rympałek, was arrested. Powerful boss, the author of famous “the assault of the century”, for more than one year was hiding, chased by arrest warrant and after 10 years of imprisonment he tried to rebuilt his former power.
“We knew that he wanted to rebuilt his gang. Yet, we did not know the place, where he was hiding” – said Zbigniew Urbański from Police Headquarters. Police received the information that he was going to be in Wilanow on Wednesday and that got them back on their feet – Rympałek was to show up in McDonald’s restaurant in Warsaw Wilanow. Gangster came before 6 p.m. and in a flash antiterrorists stroke him down on the ground, handcuffing him. “Marek Cz. was completely surprised, he offered no resistance” – described Urbański.
