Poles who emigrated for job will be replaced by workers from Vietnam. The first hundred will arrive to our country within the next few weeks. Another hundreds are waiting ready to work. The Vietnamese will find occupations in production sector of our economy ( they will be working as: welders, wiremen, etc.) It is still not known which companies will employ the newcomers from Asia.
"Preparations for Vietnamese project took us more than half a year", says Remigiusz Chrzanowski, management director of WorkService, Wrocław company dealing with enrollment of workers. "The enrollment was conducted on the spot, in Vietnam. The candidates had to pass different test levels. Not only their documents of qualification had been checked but also their practical skills were tested."
If the project succeeds, WorkService foresees bringing another workers from abroad. Polish building sector lacks 100-150 thousand workers.
