New banks in Poland

This year two completely new banks will appear in the market, created from scratch by foreign investors. One will be built by Italian investment group Carlo Tassara, the other one will be created under the facade of German insurance giant Allianz Group.

For development of both banks their investors want to allocate the amount of 2 billion zlotys. "It is a huge investment but for both investors it will be really difficult to jump into the first league. I give more chances to Germans who have big experience, ready structures and big client base of insurance part of Polish Allianz at their disposal."- says Intelace Research analyst.
