Drop in apartment prices

People, who are selling apartments are reducing the prices. Banks’ rising interest rate and higher supply of new apartments made the prices of new apartments fall in March.

On the biggest – Warsaw's – market the prices have dropped about 2 percent. The highest drop appear in Gdynia and Katowice –  5 percent on average. The most stable are the prices of new apartments. The prices of old apartments and apartments with uninteresting location are dropping much faster. The interest in purchasing investment apartments also fell.
