European Union may take our grants

European Union may take our grants because we did not spend even one zloty from money given to us by Brussels last year. This year we are going to spend only 4,7% of grants. If we do not pick up the pace of spending money, the European Union will concede that we get too much and it will limit grants.
By 2013 Poland will have been given as much as 230 billion zloty. However we are not able to use it. This year companies, local authorities and offices which accomplish projects cofinanced by EU will spend only 11,4 billion zloty.
If we do not pick up the pace of spending Union resources, the European Comission will probably cut our grants.
