Quantity of foreign investments in Poland is growing,

According to National Agency of Information and Foreign Investment (Państwowa Agencja Informacji i Inwestycji Zagranicznych), the flow of direct foreign investments in 2007 amount to 13 billion Euro.
“2007 was a very good year – the scale of direct investments, according to preliminary NBP data, is around 13 billion Euro. One need to remember, that this is one of the elements of NBP statistics. Last year in April this scale was 20 percent lower than final scale’ – said Paweł Wojciechowski, chairman of PAIiIZ.
Recently, Wojciechowski said that this year direct foreign investment in Poland should amount to 15 billion Euro. However in January it was around 1,1 billion Euro.
