Smuggling of cosmetics and clothes has been balked

A smuggling of cosmetics and clothes worth more than three millions zloty was snaffled by customs officers and agents of Border Guard in Zakopane region. On Monday a spokesman of Border Guard Marek Jarosiński informed that during luggage examination the customs officers from Nowy Targ together with officers from Karpaty Border Guard Division from Zwardoń captured on sunday night a coach coming back from Turkey. In the bus transporting 17 people, inhabitants of central Poland, were found fakes of cosmetics and clothes of popular brands. "The border guards and customs officers counted almost three thousands various cosmetics and several hundred pieces of clothing worth in the black market more or less one million zloty." - says the spokesman of commandant of Karpaty Border Guard Division major Marek Jarosiński. The people who smuggled goods are threatened with fines, durance or both.
