Polish government wants to legalize internet hazard

Poles who play on the foreign server in virtual roulettes, poker or making bets at bookmakers in the internet will be able to do this legally. Government wants to change the law and agree for functioning in the country internet hazard, prices will be taxed. “We want to free hazard in the internet, because people play in it what so ever. We are not able to close this market. We want budget to take taxes from it”- explain vice minister of finance, Jacek Kapica. Government wants to change statute in the second half of the year. Till now, Polish language services with hazard based on foreign servers. Polish client could with no problems spend his savings and win estate by using casino on-line somewhere on Caymans Islands. But it was illegal, because he didn’t pay taxes for prizes. Kapica claims that government will have to talk about it with European Commission. As we think we should receive permission for taxing prizes received by foreign servers.
