Growing interest rates in Poland and the strengthening of our currency cause more and more Poles decide to change their credits. They especially decide for a change to Swiss franc. Dollar is perceived to be risky. Falling rates in USA and weaken dollar should in theory encourage clients to change currency of their credits to US dollar. However Poles are concerned for the American currency’s stability. Bank analysts agree with that. As many of them evaluate, in the second half of the year the strengthening of USD can come. As Paweł Majkowski, Expander analytic, told “GP”, franc is a better choice, because Switzerland’s economy is more connected to European economy and economical cycles are similar.
