Sculpture of Salvatore Dali „Profile of Time” appeared in Wrocław

Sculpture of Salvatore Dali “Profile of Time” was exposed on Tuesday in Wrocław Arkany- mall in Wrocław. In the future the sculpture will stand next to Sky Tower, the highest habitable building in Poland, which is planned to be finished till the end of 2001.
As Arkadiusz Foerster, spokesman of LC Corp, the owner of Arkady and Sky Tower, said on Tuesday, sculpture of Salvatore Dali came from cerated in 1977-1984 collection of performances called Profile of Time .
The sculpture was created in many different forms and different sizes. The sculpture presented in Wrocław has 4m of height and weights 1300 kilograms, its cast was prepared by foundry “Perseo” in Mendrisio, Switzerland. It is made of gunmetal. The sculpture is covered by patina in brown and green tonality, it has been stood up on the pedestal.   
- It is a sculptural continuation of contemplation the artist about life, time, passing, durability of destiny, this contemplation was begun in 1931 with the paint “ Durability of Memory” also known as “Leaky Clocks”- claim the spokesman.
