Pole in „10” young business analysts
A project elaborated by Piotr Sulikowski, a post-graduate student of computer science at Politechnika Szczecińska appeared among the 10 best works of young scientists engaged with business analysis, occurred in the world.
Young scientists and students from all over the world took part in the international contest SAS Student Ambassadors, engaged with advanced techniques of business analysis. The work of Sulikowski is concerned with clients resignation of GSM providers services and methods which could prevent it.
Sulikowski presented a new method of analysis of the risk of resignation of GSM providers services, as Piotr Sulikowski said “there are so many factors of resignation, that you can not grasp them, they include: the quality of service, placement of client, terms of agreement and loyalty packages in possession, quantity and duration of connections, as well as offer of provider and a way of solving claims.
I offered math- information analysis of those data. Thanks to this analysis you may get an answer if the specific client wants to change the provider.” Awards were given in San Antonio during SAS Global Forum, one of the biggest business and technology conferences.
