Prime Minister meets President

The meeting of President Lech Kaczyński with Prime Minister Donald Tusk is taking place tomorrow at noon. The compromise about ratification of Lisbonian Treaty is expected. Prime Minister would like to have the voting about Treaty on Tuesday.

According to earlier politicians announcements, the meeting was to take place right after Easter. Since morning media and politicians were thinking about the date when Prime Minister is going to talk with President. It turned out that Donald Tusk did not have enough time to meet Lech Kaczyński.

During tomorrow meeting Prime Minister is going to urge President to withdraw his project of ratification act from lower house of parliament, because it is unconstitutional.

On Wednesday, Krzysztof Tchórzewski, secretary of PiS, announced that PiS would be against the act to permit for ratification of Lisbonian Treaty, which is not leading to any protection guaranteeing durability of compromise recordings from Joanina.
