„Wind and Water” Trade

From March 13^th till 16^th 2008 in Warsaw, jubilee of XX Water Sports and Recreation Trade “Wind and Water” took place. In Warsaw Centre EXPO XXI record-breaking number of exhibitors, trade representatives and sport and water recreation fans from Poland and from all around the world met up.

„Wind and Water” Trade is the biggest and the oldest sport and recreation event organized in Poland. The Trade has been taking place since 1990. For two years now the Trade has its August, seaside edition. „Wind and Water” Trade are the meeting place for sailing, motor yachting, canoeing and scuba diving fans from the whole Poland. Year in, year out the event arouse rising interest in audience and exhibitors from abroad.

This year one could eximine the equipment and new structures, all this connected to sailing. This years jubilee edition of the event reached the best results in history: 333 Polish and foreigh companies – from Brazil, Greece, Croatia, Germany, Egipt, France, Holland, United States, Sweden, Hungary, Italy, Ukraine and the United Kingdom – presenting their offer on more than 6500m2 exposure area.

Apart from the trade alone large number of accompanying events, meetings, presentations and seminars took place. Safety on water was the main subject.
