Donald Tusk first visit in USA meet with a response

It was first meeting of our Prime Minister with the President of United States and as the Foreign Minister claims it was an ally with ally meeting, not protector with protégé meeting. Radosław Sikorski evaluated Monday meeting of two countries and stated that it was firmly much more aggressive than during similar visits before.
In Sikorski opinion proposition presented by Tusk in the case of missile shield was accepted by the Americans, who rejected earlier the Jarosław Kaczyński government proposition. As Foreign Minister added "the case of the missile shield is closer to the end than few dozen hours before. How much closer? It depends on how well the experts working on the details of the agreement about armament of Polish army do. In any case, in the matter of agreement itself few more very important issues still await closure".
Bush took up the case of visas for Poles, Tusk took the position on this "it is not so urgent right now. We consider that it is strange that we are the last NATO country who requires visas to USA but we are not concerned about it any more… today we can travel around the whole Europe and the case of visas to the USA is not so important any more".
