Warsaw sends congratulations to Dmitry Medvedev

President of Republic of Poland Mr Lech Kaczyński sent congratulatory note to the new President of Russia Dmitry Medvedev. Dmitry Anatolevich Medvedev has won Russia’s Presidential election, held on March 2, 2008. Lech Kaczyński offered the president – elect his best wishes after his victory with more than 70 percent of the vote. Kaczyńki believes that under president Medvedev the Russian Federation will consolidate and develop the strategic partnership with Poland based on common interests, cooperation and respect.
