Lepper And Łyżwiński in Court
The case has been in progress since December 2006, when Aneta Krawczyk, a former activist of Samoobrona, accused two leading politicians in this party of forcing her to have sex. She also claimed that one of the politician is her younger daughter's father. Yet the DNA tests did not confirm that.
Finally, after one year, we have an indictment. The leader of the party Andrzej Lepper and his close co-worker Stanisław Łyżwiński are going to end up in court. Both of them are charged with demanding sex from female party activists. Łyżwiński is also charged with rape.
Łyżwiński was arrested last year in August on the charge of rape, demanding of personal benefits, sexual harassment of four women, inducing Aneta Krawczyk to abortion and inciting to kidnap a businessman.
