President of Olsztyn Suspected of Rape and Molesting

In the morning Czesław Małkowski, the President of Olsztyn was arrested by the police. He is charged with the rape of a pregnant office worker and with molesting other women. Yesterday Małkowski denied everything and went on a leave. This morning he was arrested by the Police.
    The Public Prosecutor's office from Białystok, which is running the case, already have three petitions for chasing down Czesław Małkowski. Four women testify before the investigating officers that they were mollested by the President.
    First petition concerns sexual molesting. President Olszyna demanded "sexual actions" for the signing of a  document.
    Another petition was handed in by a woman who was raped by Małkowski a year ago, when she was in advanced pregnancy. Earlier in that case the public prosecutor's office in Olsztyn had been holding an investigation, but the case was discontinued because the victim had not given the name of the rapist.
    The President of Olsztyn denies everything. Yesterday while he was explaining in front of the councillors he stated that it is a political action, which is lead in order to remove him from power.
