They cut a patient's stomach by mistake

First she diagnosed a stomach cancer. After that the stomach was cut out. And then it turned out that unnecessarily because the patient sufferd only from inflammatory condition. A doctor Maria Ł. from the Lubelski hospital heard charges. She is threatened with three years of imprisonment.

The Prosecutor from Lublin has no doubts. Last year the doctor at one of the Lubelski hospitals caused severe detriment to patient's health. Because of the incorrect diagnose they cut the woman's stomach.

The patient did not suffer from cancer, it was only an inflammentary condition caused by stomach ulcer. The prosecutor assumes that Maria Ł. made the tragic mistake unintentionally. Nevertheless she can be sentenced even for three years.
