Marek Dochnal released from prison

Today one of the most influential lobbyist in Poland Marek Dochnal has been released from prison. He was arrest on charges of large scale corruption.
Dochnal was arrested in September 2004. He was a suspect in investigation, led by public court of appeal in Łódź and ABW, connected with the case of corruption of prominent politicians. The case is about corruption of  SLD deputy to the Polish parliament Andrzej Pęczak. After that he was arrested on charges of economic crimes.
Marek Dochnal cannot be sure of his freedom yet, on 19th of February court is gathering to investigate the complaint against his release.
