Historical staging "Monastery Besieged" in Lubiąż
Cistercian Eko-museum announced historical staging " Monastery Besieged" at After-Cistercian Palace and Monastery Complex in Lubiąż in Lower Silesia between Legnica and Wroclaw, which will be held on 21th June 2008. Knights Fraternity from all over Poland will be reconstructing history of the early XV century, in the costumes from the times of Battle of Grunwald, and using siege techniques of those days. On Saturday, they will be storming a monastery walls for few hours.

German Neo-Nazi offended Poles
"All Poles must wear a yellow star" – that is how, just after the Poland-Germany football game, German hooligans have been shouting in the center of Klagenfurt. Such stars in times of the Third Reich had to be worn by Jews. For Anti-Poles Nazi slogans Austrian police arrested up to 140 hooligans and Neo-Nazis from Germany.

German-Polish Foundation for Science
Polish budget will spend 5 million euro in aid of German-Polish Foundation for Science, but it is possible that we will not have any influence on what kind of research is going to be conducted by this foundation. On 2th June the Minister of Science Barbara Kudrycka will sing an intergovernmental agreement concerning scientific cooperation.
